みずほ証券株式会社（取締役社長：浜本 吉郎）は、英国の世界的な環境金融専門誌Environmental Financeが発表した「Sustainable Debt Awards 2024」において、「Lead manager of the year, transition bonds」ならびに「Lead manager of the year, green bonds ? local authority/municipality」の2部門を受賞しました。
「Sustainable Debt Awards」は、Environmental Finance 誌が、市場の発展への貢献度、優位性、革新性等の観点から SDGs 債や金融機関を表彰するものです。
今回受賞した「Lead manager of the year, transition bonds」では、マーケットにおけるトランジションを後押しする対外的な発信や、発行体に対するトランジション戦略の策定をサポートする取り組みが、総合的に評価されました。
また、「Lead manager of the year, green bonds ? local authority/municipality」は、地方自治体のグリーンボンド発行に対して、証券会社の支援実績・取組内容を総合的に評価するものであり、2021 年、2023 年に続いて 3 回目の受賞となりました。
