Jokers株式会社（本社：東京都渋谷区、共同代表：佐藤渉・西山泰弘、以下「Jokers」）は、 この度、株式会社セガよりライセンス許諾を受けて開発を進めておりましたタイトル『CODE OF JOKER
EVOLUTIONS』につきまして、本年末から来年初頭のサービス開始を目指し開発を進めてまいりましたが、昨今のWEB3ゲーム市場環境の変化などを鑑み、誠に遺憾ながら、この度、開発を中止することを決定いたしました。
本タイトルのサービス開始を心待ちにしてくださっていたファンの皆様、並びに関係各位に、 多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけいたしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
また、本タイトルの開発に、ご支援いただきました関係各社の皆様には、この場を借りて心より御礼申し上げます。弊社では、今後も広く皆様に楽しんでいただけるゲームをご提供できるよう努めて参りますので、引き続きご理解とご支援を賜りますよう、心よりお願い申し上げます。
■ NFTカードパックに関する返金対応について
先日発売いたしました『CODE OF JOKER EVOLUTIONS × 科学忍者隊ガッチャマン コラボカード
パック』をご購入いただいたお客様で、返金をご希望される方を対象に下記の通り返金受付窓口を設けさせていただきます。
ご購入いただきましたお客様には大変お手数をおかけいたしますが、上記リンクより期間内に返金の
お手続きをお願いいたします。
■ コラボカードパック・開封後のNFTカードを引き続き所有されるお客様へ
NFTカードパック並びに開封後のNFTカードを保有されているお客様につきましては、今後、当該NFTを『科学忍者隊ガッチャマンTCGカード』へコンバート（変換）し、他のゲーム等でご利用いただけるよう検討を進めております。
具体的な利用方法につきましては、改めて弊社HP等にてご案内申し上げます。

Notice of Cancellation of 'CODE OF JOKER EVOLUTIONS' Development
We regret to inform you that we have decided to cancel the development of the title 'CODE OF JOKER EVOLUTIONS,' which we were developing under a license from SEGA Corporation.
While we had aimed for a service launch around the end of this year or the beginning of next year, we made this difficult decision after considering recent changes in the WEB3 game
market environment.
We sincerely apologize for the considerable concern and inconvenience caused to all fans who were eagerly awaiting the launch of this title, as well as to all relevant parties. We would also
like to express our deepest gratitude to all the affiliated companies who supported us in the
development of this title.
We will continue to strive to provide games that can be enjoyed by a wide audience, and we
sincerely ask for your continued understanding and support.
■ Regarding Buyback for NFT Card Packs
For customers who purchased recently released 'CODE OF JOKER EVOLUTIONS x Gatchaman'
NFT Collaboration Card Packs and wish to receive a refund,we will be setting up a buyback
application portal as detailed below:
We apologize for the trouble this may cause, but we ask customers who purchased the packs
to complete the procedure within the period via the link above.
■ To Customers who Hold NFT Card Packs or Opened NFT Cards
Customers who hold NFT Card Packs or opened NFT Cards will have their NFTs converted
(convert) into 'Gatchaman TCG Cards,'and we are considering their future use in other games. Details on the usage will be announced again on our company website and other platforms.
