国際共同治験への参加拡大のため、東京都済生会中央病院がTriNetXネットワークに加入
東京・日本、2024 年 7 月 17 日 - 日本最大の社会福祉法人である社会福祉法人 恩賜財団 済生会（本部：東京都）において中心的な役割を担う東京都済生会中央病院が TriNetX, LLC（本社：米国マサチューセッツ州ケンブリッジ、以下「TriNetX」）が運営する医療機関ネットワークに参加しました。
東京都済生会中央病院は、TriNetX の広範なグローバルネットワークと実データを活用することで、製薬企業主導の臨床試験への国際的な参加を拡大し、医療の質の向上を目指します。

済生会は明治44年に明治天皇の済生勅語に基づいて創立された恩賜財団です。東京都済生会中央病院は大正4年に済生会本部直轄の「済生会芝病院」として開院され、初代院長には北里柴三郎が就任いたしました。その後、戦後の済生会組織改変により「東京都済生会中央病院」となり、現在は第11代 海老原 全が院長を務めています。

Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital Joins TriNetX Network to Increase Participation in International Clinical Trials
TOKYO, JAPAN, July 17, 2024 - TriNetX, the global network of healthcare organizations driving real-world research and Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital, which plays a central role in Social Welfare Organization Saiseikai Imperial Gift Foundation, Inc., Japan’s largest social welfare corporation, announced they have established a new healthcare partnership to increase global participation in industry-led clinical trials and to improve the quality of medical care.

About Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital
Saiseikai is an Imperial Gift Foundation founded in 1911 based on Emperor Meiji's Saisei Imperial Rescript. Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital was established in 1914 as "Saiseikai Shiba Hospital" under the direct control of the Saiseikai Headquarters, and Shibasaburo Kitasato was appointed as the first director of the hospital. The hospital was later reorganized as the Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital in the postwar period, and is currently headed by the 11th Director, Tamotsu Ebihara.
Based on the "spirit of Saisei (providing medical and welfare services to all people without distinction)," the hospital has been providing medical care to all people in need, including the people living in poverty, for more than 100 years since its establishment.
