海外での取り組みが、近畿農政局
第２回 『関西 食の「わ」プログラム』 に認定！
旭松食品株式会社(本社:大阪市、本店:長野県飯田市 社長:木下博隆)は、高野?腐の健康機能性が世界の人々の健康増進の一助となるよう海外での活動を強化しています。この度当社の取り組みが、農林水産省 近畿農政局 第２回『関西 食の「わ」プログラム』 に認定されました。
関西 食の「わ」プログラム とは…
近畿農政局では、団体、企業、個人が取り組む関西ならではの食や食文化を国内外に発信する活動について、『関西 食の「わ」プログラム』として認定する取組を2024年4月から開始しました。
第三者による認定委員会の審査を経て認定、近畿農政局のホームページ等で公表されます。

フランス／GOÉN（ごえん）アンテナショップ 現地販売
「新あさひ?腐うす切り」、「新あさひ粉?腐」、「TOPUROベジタブルブロス」の３品を初回アイテムとして出品いたしました。オープンから３か月が経過し、地元の方に購入いただいています。
※ GOÉN（ごえん）… 出展者がテスト輸出、海外マーケティング及びプロモーションを実施できる場として、「長野欧州貿易支援機構（NUE)｣が主宰しています。当社も機構の理念に共感し、出品いたしました。
オランダ／フードバレーへの参画、ワーゲニンゲン大学との共同研究
当社は、オランダにある世界一の食品開発拠点「フードバレー」に参画しています。
フードバレーの中心にあるワーゲニンゲン大学と共同で、ヨーロッパ人を対象とした臨床研究を行い、高野?腐の摂取により心疾患などの病気のリスクが低下する事を確認しました。
本研究成果は、国際科学雑誌『Nutrients』に論文として掲載されました。

Asahimatsu Foods Co., Ltd. . (Head Office: Osaka city and Iida city, CEO: Hirotaka Kinoshita) is strengthening its activities overseas so that the health functionality of Kori-tofu can help improve the health of people all over the world. Our efforts have been recognized by the 2nd "Kansai Food Wa" Program by Kinki Regional Agricultural Administration Office of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
What is "Kansai Food Wa" Program"?
This is an initiative by the Kinki Regional Agricultural Administration Office to certify activities undertaken by groups, companies, and individuals to promote Kansai"s unique food and food culture both domestically and internationally.
Activities are certified after being reviewed by a third-party certification committee, and is then published on the website.
“GOÉN” is a Japanese specialty product shop in Paris, France.
Our 3 Kori-tofu related products are now on sale at GOÉN, the shop sponsored by the Nagano European Trade Support Organization. It has been three months since the opening, and locals are buying from them.We are also participating and active in Food Valley, a major hub for food science and business in the Netherlands. At the partner event, Kori-tofu has introduced as a food that should be noticed by the next generation in the EU.
Influence of Kori-tofu on health functionality has confirmed by a joint research with Wageningen University and Research. A paper published in the international scientific journal 『Nutrients』.
